Grain Free Berry Scones made with Almond Flour

Sweet-tart berries in a delicious buttery almond flour scone.
  • 2.5 cups of almond flour (find here)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons honey or other natural sweetener or date paste
  • ⅓ cup melted butter or ghee
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen berries
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a baking sheet with butter or coconut oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until combined. Add melted butter, and honey.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in berries.
  6. Drop ΒΌ cup of dough onto the baking sheet, shape into triangle shapes.
  7. Bake 15 minutes.
