GAPS friendly alcohol

Kendahl’s new Real Food Cocktail e-book is perfect for your real food get togethers!  It feels weird to go to the trouble to source sustainable meats, use whole food sweeteners,, and eliminate food dye from our diets just to turn around and ingest who-knows-what at a cocktail party.

Real Food Cocktails shows you step by step how to prepare things like Bitters, Simple Syrup, and Dye Free Cocktail Cherries.  Today Kendahl has offered to share a GAPS friendly Bourbon Sweet Tea Cocktail.
