Bacon-wrapped scallops are the perfect appetizer for a dinner party, or a perfect treat dinner to shake things up! This Bacon-Wrapped Scallop recipe comes together in under 30 minutes, and is all done right in the oven.
Don’t skip pre-baking the bacon, that’s what allows the bacon to become cooked through without overcooking the scallops. If your scallops are especially large (as the ones pictured, which are from ButcherBox), you may use a whole slice of bacon per scallop, overlapping partially.

Hi Cara i live in the UK. I tried to follow as much as I could the Carnivore diet in 2019. I have PSORIATIC arthritis, since 2003, but have never taken medication. I tried Ayurveda diet last few months, which i like, but does not seem to have helped my symptons significantly. i feel like my body is craving liver and more fatty meat etc, so i am going to attempt Carnivore again. As you say there are different scales of it. I am unsure about dairy!
Anyway can i subscribe to your newsletter in the first instance. Kind regards Shon
You don’t state what level the rack in the oven should be and that is a crucial bit of information as to how the scallops turn out.
