Gluten-Free (but not GAPS)
Nearly all the recipes here on Health Home and Happiness are gluten free, but also are suitable for the GAPS Diet. The recipes in this section contain grains (like rice, corn, or buckwheat), sugar, or potatoes – all of these are not allowed on the GAPS Diet due to being too complex of a carbohydrate. Still, they are delicious and fit into many people’s dietary needs.
