Garlic-Spinach Artichoke Dip

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cloves garlic

Puree in food processor

½ cup artichoke hearts
Pulse to chop
2 cups Parmesan, grated

Mix in the cheese and enjoy! Keep covered in the refrigerator if you have leftovers.

 

Leftovers can also be used as a topping for pizza, stuffed peppers, or sandwich spread.
