Easy Salad Dressing with Avocado Mayo

The line up of salad dressings with fancy labels and exotic ingredients in the grocery store looks impressive.  Even more so when you flip the bottle to the back and see that the list of ingredients is over an inch long.

Upon closer look those store-bought dressings contain ingredients that we don’t want to consume: Soybean oil, cottonseed oil, added sugar in nearly every one, MSG, and preservatives.

The good news is that you can easily make salad dressing yourself, and it will taste leaps and bounds better than what is found at the store.

Give it a try today, and make salad dressing into a health-giving food rather than a compromise food.

Recipe Notes

Don't be intimidated by the amount of mayonnaise in this recipe- the apple cider vinegar lightens the heaviness of it and the honey makes it sweet. The avocado oil in the mayonnaise is a healthy fat.
