Pork rind nachos are a comfort food staple.  The cheese is yummy and gooey, pork rinds crispy, and liver or meat is loaded with nutrients!

Smoked Cod Liver can be found at the resource page at thecarnivoremealplan.com.  Once you’ve been on carnivore for a few days, you’ll realize that this is the ‘dessert of meat’. Cod liver is subtly sweet and has a custard-like consistency.  No wonder cod liver is a prized superfood! Drain the vitamin-rich oil into a small jar to use as a supplement – it is rich in vitamins A and D and omega 3 fatty acids.
