Did you realize that the grass-fed beef you suggested was from Tasmania, Australia!!! That’s a long way to get beef! There are many grass-fed farms in the mid-west that maintain quality standards that can be easily verified, not sure if that is possible with facilities that are 10,000 miles away!! Buy American!
Hi Cara,
First of all thank you for all the time you have invested in your family, then so gratefully sharing your recipes with other families.
I recently separated from my husband and I’m attempting to heal my family (especially 6-year old son with behaviors that resemble autism and myself) however money is really tight and we can’t afford a lot of the healing foods that are free from toxins. I am a subscriber to Grain-Free Meal Plans Monthly Subscription but I really need a very basic breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. My son’s school will not warm his food to prevent burns so are do you have any simple, reasonably priced meal plans or snacks?
