This smoothie is a favorite when you see advertisements for pumpkin-flavored everything! As we head into fall, the fall flavors and colors call to us, but that doesn’t mean that you need to spend big bucks for a fancy drink with fake pumpkin ‘flavor’, you can inexpensively and easily make something even better at home using wholesome ingredients!
Use banana to sweeten or if you want something more milkshake like to serve as a dessert or treat, add in the optional sweetener.

Hi! Do you have any recommendations for a fruit to use instead of frozen bananas? Allergies here at my house mean finding a substitute. I’d love to try this recipe though!
Pineapple would be a good sub for banana, mango, any fruit just imagine what it would taste like with pumpkin
How do I cook pumpkin? I m very first time to cook real pumpkin. :/ Please help me and I will appreciate :) Thanks.
Thank you. Pumpkin smoothies are one of my favorite smoothies. Every Fall I look forward to seeing pie pumpkins and as soon as they are in stores I start cooking them for smoothies. When we had dogs I gave them a little bit too, it is good for them. I used to cut the pumpkin in half, clean it and bake it between 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours. This is a somewhat lengthy task. This year a friend suggested using my crock pot to cook these little pumpkins. Now I simply place a small pumpkin in the crock pot on low and cook for 8 hours. I cooked one overnight last night. It is much easier to cut in half after it’s cooked and remove the seeds. Easy peasy.
with coconut milk sounds delicious. definitely gonna try
